Holiday Inn Express & Suites Knoxville-Clinton by IHG

Easily accessible from 75 north of Knoxville. Great rooms and staff. Kim at the front desk was very friendly and helpful.

Mike at the front desk at night is courteous and has a great sense of humor! He goes above and beyond in customer service. I will continue to stay here when I’m in town for work because of the great service he provides. The rooms are clean. The property is beautiful and is a step above the other IHG hotels I’ve stayed in. I ended up having to come here due to another Holiday Inn that I normally stay at was fully booked. I will now always stay here going forward when I’m in town.

The hotel is central to food/grocery, gas stations and direct access to the Interstate. Check in and out was a breeze. Staff were all friendly, to include the cleaning crew and breakfast prep. Thank you also for the awesome upgrade to a king suite that was unnecessary but very much appreciated. My room was clean and comfortable and very quiet. I did not hear a peep my entire stay. Overall hotel was very clean. It’s possible that I might have missed an afternoon cookie offered as that’s something I have gotten from previous Holiday Inn stays elsewhere. If they don’t do it, they should. I love those afternoon cookies and the cucumber/lemon water. It was very minor but I’m a gym person, and although the fitness room was quite small, I was glad for it. My only small qualm was that one of the dumbell pairs was missing for the 10 lbs set. I just happen to be doing arms that day and that particular set would’ve have been a great warm up. I wish I got to try out the indoor/outdoor combined pool. It looked clean. I barely saw anyone use it. Maybe next time!

Excellent place to stay the night when traveling on I-75! Super easy check-in and out, the room key cards are tap-and-enter, eliminating the problems with card readers. Our room was spotless, the entire hotel was clean, open & welcoming, and smelled rather like fresh-baked cookies. There's a little business center, and a quite expansive breakfast buffet for guests in the morning - my mom made herself an omlet sandwich. The room had a refrigerator larger than the usual mini-fridge, and kept our perishable food nice and cold. There's also a microwave and a Keurig with both regular & decaf coffee pods. The beds had extremely comfortable, high soft mattresses, soft sheets and blankets and four big, soft pillows - perfect for getting a good night's sleep. Also, for guests with mobility issues or seniors, the front desk has step stools for help getting in/out of bed! There must be extra insulation for the rooms too, because we didn't hear any other guests, or noise from the outside hallway. Large bathroom with plenty of counter space. Big tv well-positioned for both beds. Both the night and morning desk clerks were very nice and helpful with any questions & assistance. There's also 3 large size, smooth-rolling luggage racks with enough room to fit everything you need to get from your car to the room and back again. All in all, I can highly recommend this Holiday Inn! Five stars. :)

I was passing through with my family and we had a great stay! The room was very clean and spacious, we had a suite with two king beds, which was perfect for us. Check-in was smooth and quick. Breakfast was okay, just enough to start the day. The only downside was that we asked one of the housekeeping staff for an extra towel, but it was never brought to us. Other than that, everything else was great.

We had to spend the night due to the giant snow and ice storm. We arrived around 6pm and was greeted with a nice clean room with very comfortable beds. The breakfast was alright, considering lots of stores and places were empty or closed due to snow, so we were glad to have a warm breakfast. The only bad thing was that there was a weird smell in the elevators. It wasn't anything I could think of to describe it, but it smelled unlike any other elevator I've smelled. Other than that, it was an amazing stop with plenty of fast food options nearby.
